This year’s International Film Series at Castleton University begins on March 4th.
“Since 2015, the Castleton International Film Festival has brought award-winning films from around the globe to audiences in Rutland County. While past editions have focused on French cinema, Latin American cinema, and American independent film, this year’s slate is the result of a collaboration between the Media and Communication Department and the Rutland Jewish Center. With major funding from the Harold Grinspoon Foundation and additional support from Jewish Communities of Vermont, this year’s series will highlight contemporary films from Israel.
The festival runs March 4 through March 18 and is free and open to the public. Screenings are held in Herrick Auditorium at 7 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays.”
